Granbury, TX: Rev. Michael Laperche, Sr. Pastor of Klesis Ministries of Florida, located in Tampa Bay, FL is a new Board Member of the Evangelical Christian Church (Christian Disciples). His election by the Directors was announced today by Bishop Gary Barkman. Additionally, Rev. Laperche has been assigned to the position of Director of Church Planting. "We are delighted with Michael’s selection to this important post in the Board," said Dr. Barkman. “He has expertise in church planting, an MBA, a strong work ethic, and a love of the Lord.” In the new position, Rev. Laperche will be working with ministers in the AECC and ECC as they form and/or grow their churches. He will support the ministers with church planting, growth management, policy development, and community outreach consultation services. Rev. Laperche is a graduate of Life Christian University (www.lcus.edu) and serves as Sr. Pastor and a Board Member at Klesis Ministries of Florida, a Christian Charity that sponsors home based Churches and aids those in need.
